#wanderingseouls DAY 13 & 14 OF 143 / Hongdae x Kyochon Chicken

It's been 2 weeks since we're here in Korea! Decided to stay in Seoul this weekend and settle down since we just got back from a trip and is time to adjust ourselves for school! We wanted to return to Hongdae as decided earlier since Wenmin hasn't been there the previous time and the fashion there is really good!

Finally saw the favourite snack I've been so looking forward to in Seoul, HODDEOK! It's a Korean sweet pancake stuffed with brown sugar and cinnamon flavouring, super good stuff for just S$1.20 :D

Hungry us wandered a long time before we finally settled in a restaurant for lunch!

Here's our kimchi jjigae, bulgogi, spicy chicken stew and doenjang jjigae! (5500~6000KRW ea)

The service at the restaurant was really bad and unresponsive but the food was pretty alright except for it's strong taste. Loving the complimentary seaweed we could take on the tables haha there we're being kiasu singaporeans again

Shopping commences! Despite the slightly pricier items, we really love the fashion here the mostttt but nothing beats shopping at express bus terminal

Here we are at ALAND, a store recommended by wm's friends. It's vaguely similar to Editor's Market, except prices can be really steep

We went back to Style Nanda again and took more photobooth pictures hehe! Tried their gloss tint and really lovin' it! However cosmetics in Korea is so cheap that you'll rarely be willing to spend a premium for a brand :/

Nope I'm not attempting the duck face, just loving the tint :b

Acting like the style nanda models on the posters at the store haha gross I know! You'd seldom see me in such a pose I swear

We were really thirsty from our lunch and setted at a little cafe near Style Nanda, YO BLOSSOM haha what a cute name

Here's our matcha azuki patbingsu which tasted really good! :D

Guess what, we found Miss Singapore in Korea! It looks like some pub, probably opened by a fellow Singaporean?

We called the day off early and cooked ramyun for dinner! Sunday was groceries shopping day after church (went for a hilarious service which we aren't going again) and ordered the famous Kyo Chon Chicken for dinner! #achievementunlocked as wm and I managed to order successfully in Korean :D

Honey x Soy garlic original both tasted really good despite the little meat #shiokseumnida

I'll be posting lesser vlogs/blogs as school is starting tomorrow and life is gonna be less interesting for now hahha, but do watch this space as I'll still update frequently! :)
