MIDTERMS

A quick update, apologies for the slight hiatus cos I was a little busy trying to catch up on my readings for 6 midterms papers on 3 days hahah pretty insane. 1 on Saturday, 3 on Monday, 2 on Tuesday... BUT I survived! To be honest, studying in Korea is so much more chillax here, not only the fact that I can just pass/fail, but for once I actually think I can score well in uni here? The papers are really straightforward, almost like what we get in poly days and it's #shiokseumnida!

During the study period, I managed to visit 2 cafes near my place around Anam and it's all so goood!

First is one just 3min walk from my hostel - Cafe Port. The decor is so cute even the small details; the spoon is literally like a cake spade? My favourite cafe till date, lovin' the ambience despite the simple layout, coffee and cake is really good too!

Next up is one pretty cafe right opposite my school with swing seats and teddy bears and fairy lights. A pity I didn't take many pictures but many of my friends have posted pictures of this pretty cafe on Instagram already haha here's my sweet potato latte! Study date with Nat and Zh!

I'm really enjoying myself, discovering the beauty of Seoul alone sometimes. I'm starting to realise how much I enjoy spending time by myself just to recharge and simply soak in the calmness hahaha I think it's all a process of growing up and I'm no longer dependent or craving for attention/validation from anyone but God. Korea can be boring but I'm thankful it's become a big part of a growing process where I really know more about myself and am learning to cherish relationships so much more :')

Anyway, just taking break off studies today and #shiokseumnida will be on the way to the land of sashimi sushi and everything kawaiiiiiiii~~~ TOKYOOOOOO :D
