Omm noms! Shangri-la The Line :B

One of the best working days ever so far! Tomorrow is Labour Day PH but before that, we have a great working day ahead of us today. Had a farewell lunch for some colleagues (which is supposed to be not-so-happy occasion of course) but what we're really looking forward to is the lunch treat that's waiting for us - Shangri-la buffet at The Line!

For the longest time ever, I've been planning to try it out but I'm to niao (stingy) to splurge so much for a just a meal. So this opportunity came by sooooo well, free and gotta eat at a buffet I wanna try the most. $47++ for weekday lunch.

We had a shuttle bus to bring us from GE to the hotel :) Feels like sec school excursion! Nolstagic moments reminisced. Trolling on the bus trip, camwhore woohoo.

The spread is very good! Variety wise is one of the widest I've ever seen in a buffet. That's partly because I only frequent a few average ones. Still waiting for a sugar-boyfriend HAHAHA. Think too much. Desserts section super good. Mad love the crepes made on the spot. Everything with Nutella is good right? 9gaggers will love this place because they SPAM big big portions of nutella scoops onto the warm crepes. Taste super heavenly I wanna go back just for that.

Seafood is also awesome. Initially we didnt know that we're suppsed to queue for seafood/sashimi and we unknowingly cut Q to get oysters, so paiseh. LOL. Anyway other than the cooked food which I find average despite the wide variety, desserts and seafood is already worth a visit.

 

SUPER HAPPY FACES OKAY. We binge in like crazy and still feel there's not enough time. We must have looked like stupid pigs stuffing food and food with no concern for image hahaha. Don't care lah got good food, more important!!!
