I always remember how much I used to look forward to CNY when I was younger. I mean, CNY was all about playing catching with cousins and play banluck! Things were soooo simple and nice. It's a rare opportunity for us to all gather because back then, we were too young to meet up on our own and play catching what right! "Absense makes the heart grows fonder." How true is that. LOLOL I'm just trying to sound chim HAHA. I really loved the quality childhood time spent together, especially CNY when we have like around 3-4 days of togetherness!
But as we get older, CNY mood lessens as we're too caught up with our own work and school to look forward to it. BUT, CNY is SUDDENLY here and even though we dont play catching, banluck and camwhoring, i think it is still as awesome. (I know I just made my earlier words redundant lol)
This post is dedicated for 初一(Day1)! :D
At home camwhoring with my darling doggy AND HE'S SO DAMN CUTE. *SHRIEKS* I can never get enough of him. HE WINKED. WINK!!!
Outfit of the day! Salmon pink skater dress with laced stockings and nude pink platform heels.
All from HKG trip lol. I didnt even bother to do any CNY shopping this time, just picked some outfits that are still new from my trip. Now you can understand why I said I bought a lot lolol. (Go sch almost everyday never repeat since trip in OCT11 till now, still got new clothes to wear lol!) How I miss HK! My budget shopping!!!
Had dim sum at this restaurant at Cityhall that was opened for business as usual. First time trying!
Food is so-so, but I guess I can't complain since there aren't much options on this public holiday! Teehee.
Headed to grandma house to bai nian afterwards! Mingled and had lotsa fun. Played banluck! Angbaos! :D Unlike previous years where my grandparents cook and prepare lotsa food for reunion dinz, we decided to give them a break since it's really tiring. Instead, we ordered catering for all of us!
Then camwhoring! Just realised how nice the corridor is to camwhore. Pics like photoshoot photos, so ATAS one!
How much we've grown over the years. Love them :)
