It's national day! Teehee I still remember that my family used to gather at my grandma's every year to watch fireworks when the parade was held at the stadium. Not anymore once it shifted to Marina because we can't get a good view anymore. I really missed those times, when we were so young and naive, getting all excited for the public holiday to meet our cousins and catching up! Now, we're only left with Chinese New Year to experience that fuzzy feeling!
I went shopping in town with mummy in the day, and went home to meet Eileen on an impromptu 'date' to watch NDP fireworks at Marina Square! First time going there to watch and usual late queen was late so we didn't really had a chance to see which was a good spot. Great thing we managed to find one awesome one and view was superb. Love how the fireworks just seems to appear right in front of you, nolstagic Primary 5 feeling back at ndp rehearsal at the stadium hehehehe :D
I'm not going to bore you with fireworks piccies I took, you can view them at my fb album if you wish to hehehehe.
Us trying to capture fireworks behind us!!! :D
Afterwards, we walked around, tried to find myself a luggage, and headed to KFC cos my bs havent had dinner.
Bus-ed home late and it's time for work again tmr! ):
