It's Valentine's Day today, had a great one? :D
I used to like v'day, when we used to prepare lots of little chocolates and sweets, pack them nicely and give to close friends, and also receive a lot from others. It was sweet to give, and felt really good to receive too! But then, that was when we were rather young, but it's not like most of us bothered anymore ): Miss those times! Feeling nolstagic hahahaha.
Anyway, it's rather interesting to see people around all dressed up and ready for their dates! It's nice when they got something to look forward to! Okay lah I admit, I envy those people okay, I'm a jealous freak muahahahaha.
No uh, it's actually nothing bad being single! I think there're a lot of pros being single, but there're just certain times when we want someone to talk to, someone to love. I don't usually think there's anything really that significant about being single or not, but I realised v'day actually magnifies the emptiness of being single! Everyone has got their own dates, and even if you spend you v'day with your single friends, the meaning is still different. & those single souls like me out there, don't say you don't bother because I know you do :)
Conclusion? I think I'm starting to dislike v'day a lil, haha perhaps not till I finally have someone worthy to spend this day with :)
